2. Leading team in Sourcing & Delivery
3. Hands on in Source and screen candidates using different sourcing platforms - job-boards, social media & digital media
4. Achieve monthly on-boarding targets
5. Effective resource pool & data management
6. Keep yourself updated about the technical know-how prevalent in the industry across all IT technologies.
7. Build strong client relationship to get repeat business in IT Contract Staffing
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Graduate/MBA HR with min. 3+ years of IT/ non IT/ Contract Staffing/Recruitment experience
2. Experience in managing client & leading IT Recruiters in IT Contract Staffing
3. Rich experience in handling IT Contract Staffing
4. Excellent comm. skills
5. Hands on in using social media & job portals
6. Positive Attitude, High on Energy
7. Proven expertise in above areas
