Project quality leader

Be responsible for effective communication and exchanges with all parties involved in the project: ESP(TTL,FEV,TLLetc) and internal divisions ( internal EE quality team, Engineering division, marketing, Puchasing, plant ,etc)

Monitor project quality, and majsor events in the project process (such as technical review, milestones review, etc.), identify the potential risk;

lead the cross functional team to solve EE quality issues;

Arrange regular meeting arrangement, track and implement the decisions;

create the project report as required;

Summarize the experience and lessons of project implementation, optimize the process and specifications of project implementation, and provide support for the implementation of other projects of the company;
