Roles and Responsibilities

Please find Job Description, Skillset:

  • Minimum 5+ years of working experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll configurations.
  • Working experience on payroll Fast Formulas, Payroll Elements configurations, Payroll Flows,
  • Ability to troubleshoot the Payroll issues and provide the solution
  • Experience on BIP and OTBI reports development covering Payroll module
  • Experience on Payslip and Check template customizations
  • Experience to handle Payroll Balance conversions
  • An Individual contributor in Payroll module and work independently on Payroll configurations
  • Ability to work with customer directly to get the requirements and translate them into Payroll Configurations in HCM module
  • Excellent communication Skills
