Roles and Responsibilities
Please find Job Description, Skillset:
- Minimum 5+ years of working experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll configurations.
- Working experience on payroll Fast Formulas, Payroll Elements configurations, Payroll Flows,
- Ability to troubleshoot the Payroll issues and provide the solution
- Experience on BIP and OTBI reports development covering Payroll module
- Experience on Payslip and Check template customizations
- Experience to handle Payroll Balance conversions
- An Individual contributor in Payroll module and work independently on Payroll configurations
- Ability to work with customer directly to get the requirements and translate them into Payroll Configurations in HCM module
- Excellent communication Skills
