Familiar with industry trends and future development trends;

Matrix working Enviourment: work together with all parties involved in the project:

ESPs (TTL,FEV,ILL,etc) and internal divisions ( Engineering division, Maketdivision,etc)

Responsible for the quality management during the project developent of high-voltage system components ( PDU, DCDC, OBC, Charing system etc.);

Audit Specs: Futures, vehicles specs, component specs, SORB and DFMEAs.

Audit Test Plans: virtual test, virtual build, DMU, technical review, lab car test, vehicle test and Clinics.

Address Results: be engaged in critical issues, SILs, gateway deliverables etc. Guide the hard issues solving.

Lesson learned: summarized lesson learned , and make it applicable to other project.

Other temporary tasks assigned by leaders.
