Interacting with customers for the complaints / issues.
Customer relationship management.
Monitoring the customer complaints and completing the closure of complaints.
Co-ordination with internal functions for customer complaints.
Solving the problems related to field applications.
Interacting with internal functions for resolving complaints.
Implementation of actions at in-house / supplier works.
Supporting the new part / supplier development in electronics area.
Establishing test procedures for electronics parts / products.
Guiding and training the personnel in electronics.
