Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities which consume a significant amount of the Job Incumbents time PERIPHERAL
Responsibilities which are support activities and require less amount of the Job Incumbents time including the anticipated roles
The role encompasses a detailed understanding of the existing ERP system which is I-Fax, integrate to the new IFS system in the years to come and ensure effective implementation in coordination internally and with the German Counter Parts.
Strong knowledge in Financials (AR/AP/GL/Asset Management/Cash Management etc.) business processes and practices.
Provide configuration, setup, implementation and testing and deployment assistance. Experience in analyzing business requirements and do fit gap analysis
Exposure or working knowledge on ERP systems preferably IFS 7.5 or above.
Installation/Configuring the IFS Server & application.
Installing the Deliveries in IFS Servers(Code Merger)
Granting Permission Objects
Ability to learn the new technologies and understand the new architectures quickly
Experience in one full IFS Implementation Life Cycle 7.LCS administration and maintenance Minimum Skill Requirement:(3-4 pointers against each item)Must Have: IFS-Code patching and merger, Weblogic/JBoss Server,IFS Middle ware Server configurations. Immense coordination with the Senior Resources from the corporate management team with respect to the knowledge transfer from I-Fax to IFS.
Approval of leaves, Performance reviews of Subordinates, Training to subordinates and other administrative activity as decided by the immediate manager from time to time.
