Key Accountabilities/Duties & Responsibilities
Ensuring right candidate is hired for any given position
Onboarding employees joining
.Providing induction for all new joiners at The Tamara, Coorg
Creating personnel file and ensuring that files of existing employees are current and update.
Handling Separations - Exits, Exit analysis and Exit interview and coordinating with Corporate office on these matter.
Administration of statutory benefits namely PF, other benefits etc, managing inspection and auditing; documentation
Managing attendance & tracking Leave of employees
Coordinating for new joiner induction for those who joined at the Corporate Office
Maintain a comprehensive HR MIS
Ensure health and safety practices are communicated and implemented.
Regularly communicate with staff and maintain good rapport with all employees
Bringing in innovative and interesting ideas in keeping the team motivated.
Assist with employee engagement and Welfare activities
Managing Employee grievance and keeping the Corporate Office abreast of such instances
Security management - In & out register
Coordinate with Corporate HR team for various HR related activities
Regularly communicate with staff and maintain good communication.
Maintain a comprehensive MIS of manpower, Attrition analysis, recruitment tracker, etc
Administration of statutory benefits namely PF, other benefits etc
Should speak Kannada, English & Hindi
Prefer hospitality experience
