Must have skills
3 years of implementation experience in at least 3 Oracle Fusion HCM Modules(Core HR, benefits , Absence , Time and Labor).
Good knowledge on SQL and PL SQL experience.
Data conversion processing.
Design and Develop Reports (BI Publisher, OTBI).
Fast Formula developments.
Fusion File Based loader, Spreadsheet loader experience and/or HCM Extract experience.
Technical or Functional configuration expertise in any 3 HR modules (Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, Time & Labor, Learn, Performance, Goal Management).
Experience in capturing business requirements, working with clients and peers.
Ability to interact with technical and functional internal teams at all levels.
Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).
Experience on integration with third-party systems will be an added advantage.
